Our primary vendor is Rheem Manufacturing Company – a major manufacturer of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. We believe Rheem’s products to be easier to service, of higher manufacturing quality and more space efficient than other manufacturers. As a Rheem distributor, AMSCO sells primarily residential and light commercial HVAC products, both in the new construction and add-on/replacement markets.  Our exclusive sales territory from Rheem includes the rights to most of Oklahoma and Kansas, a large part of Western Missouri and North Central Texas.  We have been a Rheem distributor for 30 years and are presently one of their largest independently-owned distributors in the United States.  We believe that this relatively large size and our partnership with Rheem has created a strong, positive relationship.  A relationship that serves our customers well as we continue to grow.

Our marketing strategy is simple and successful. Through dedicated, productive employees, AMSCO sells quality products at competitive prices and then provides unsurpassed service and support.  For example, our heat & air staff provides many value-added services to our customers which results in partnering relationships and loyalty. HVAC equipment has become a very technical product, to support this need we have several people trained in product service at each location.  We also offer customer training sessions throughout the year to keep our customers up-to-date on the latest technology.  We provide other services such as free delivery and immediate warranty credit to help our customers be as time efficient as possible.  These commitments to quality and service prove that AMSCO has more to offer than just a piece of equipment.  We measure our success several ways, but perhaps most impressive is that once we earn a customer's business, we rarely lose it. This is a rarity in “commodity-like” businesses.
