To set up your AMSCO account we encourage you to e-mail us and we will reply with a blank credit application. Simply fill it out and mail the application, with a copy of your EPA certification and a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate (if applicable) to 2021 S. Lewis Ave., Tulsa, OK. 74104 or fax this information to 918-743-7600.

A: We sell HVAC parts and supplies to only licensed contractors with an EPA-card. Commercial equipment quotes are also available to non Rheem or GeoStar dealers.
